George has trained elite athletes across the world, from a variety of sporting disciplines, that include professional boxers and Division 1 Collegiate Athletes.
In addition to coaching, George has a strong background in clinical exercise testing and research with current publication pending in the National Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.
George attained his Masters in Exercise Physiology at Ithaca College by research and holds a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition, Human Movement) from UniSA.
George is also an experienced middle and secondary school educator with Teachers Registration with the Board of South Australia.
George is an experienced boxing coach with Boxing Australia Level 2 Coaching certification.
After joining GSG in 2021, Mariah has worked to create a space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients where they are culturally safe and feel at home, as part of one big family/community.
As one of the few Aboriginal Exercise Scientists within Australia, Mariah aspires to be a role model for her people.
Alex has played football (soccer) his entire life, playing within the state domestic leagues and training experience with European clubs. Away from team sports, Alex’s coaching background of CrossFit elevated his passion and love for strength and conditioning.
In addition to group fitness classes, Alex’s passion extends to clinical work, working with clients to achieve their best quality of life through exercise management and rehabilitation.
Alex completed his degrees through Western Sydney and Charles Sturt Universities, moved to Adelaide in 2022 and currently completing his Food Science and Nutrition degree with UniSA.
Chelsea has represented Australia at the Softball Asia Pacific Cup, World Cup, and has played professionally in the USA. She currently plays state-level softball and is the A Grade Captain for the Walkerville Softball Club.
